The Company is seeking a Senior Counsel for Employment and Ethics to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing the day-to-day operations of the internal ethics program, including conducting and overseeing ethics investigations, and advising on a range of US employment legal matters. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the company's Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, developing and implementing ethics training, and managing the whistleblower hotline. In the employment legal capacity, the role involves providing guidance on a variety of employment issues, from reasonable accommodations to employee benefits, and may also include pre-litigation and litigation management.

Applicants for this role at the company should have a J.D. from an accredited US law school, a minimum of 3 years' of relevant experience, and a strong background in US employment laws. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative professional with a high level of integrity and personal ethics.
