JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Designer with strong expertise in designing, editing, and animating ad creatives tailored for social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of producing high-performing, compelling static and video assets across channels such as Reddit, TikTok, Meta, X, Pinterest, and more.

In this role, you'll leverage cutting-edge AI creative tools such as Sora, Flux, and KnoText while refining and finalizing assets using industry-standard design software like Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.

This is a unique opportunity to lead the creative execution that defines the future of digital advertising. You'll combine the power of AI-driven production with traditional design craftsmanship to produce visually striking, high-performing creative content that captivates audiences and drives results.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Create ad creative across platforms (static, video, animation) optimized for TikTok, Meta, Reddit, Pinterest, and X/Twitter. Utilize AI creative generation tools (Sora, Flux, KnoText) to concept, generate, and iterate on creative assets. Refine AI-generated creative with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro). Apply animation and motion graphics to elevate ad creative performance. Stay current on platform ad specs, creative best practices, and emerging design trends. Collaborate with product, design, and business development teams to align creative with campaign goals and brand guidelines. Manage a library of creative assets, GenAI prompting, templates, and design standards to streamline production. Drive experimentation by developing variations and A/B tests of ad creative. Translate business and campaign objectives into bold, engaging visual storytelling. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in design, digital media, advertising, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in digital advertising and creative production (with hands-on advertising and marketing design experience). 5+ years of relevant professional experience creating ad creative (static, video, animation) for social platforms. A portfolio review will be a part of the interview process. Proven experience designing across multiple platforms (TikTok, Reddit, Meta, Pinterest, X/Twitter). Demonstrated expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, Premiere Pro). Familiar with AI creative tools (Sora, Flux, KnoText). Deep understanding of creative optimization for performance advertising. Exceptional attention to detail, visual storytelling, and ability to adapt to platform specific creative needs. Excellent communication and organizational skills; comfortable working at startup speed.
