Job Title: Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dynamic, motivated, and customer-focused
Personal Lines Account Manager
to join a team. This role is ideal for someone with excellent organizational skills and a passion for building strong relationships with clients. You will be responsible for managing personal insurance accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has strong problem-solving abilities, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for personal lines insurance clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships. Process insurance renewals, endorsements, and policy changes in an accurate and timely manner. Assist clients in selecting appropriate insurance coverage based on their unique needs. Handle client inquiries, claims assistance, and issue resolution with professionalism and empathy. Review policies for accuracy and ensure all documentation aligns with company and regulatory standards. Collaborate with underwriters, agents, and other team members to deliver comprehensive insurance solutions. Proactively cross-sell and up-sell additional coverages or services to enhance client protection. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to provide informed recommendations. Work with confidential client information while adhering to all privacy and compliance standards. Qualifications/Requirements
Proven experience as an
Account Manager , preferably in the personal lines insurance industry. Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex policies in a straightforward manner. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills; a natural problem-solver who places client needs first. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with agency management software. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment. Compensation Package
Compensation: Between $75K-$125K+ (depending on experience). Competitive benefits package, paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.
