We are seeking a friendly and service-driven Server to provide exceptional food and beverage experiences for our guests. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong communication skills, and takes pride in delivering warm, attentive service.

As a key member of our food and beverage team, the Server will ensure each guest feels welcome and well-cared for, from the moment they're seated to their final course. This position requires a positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask with professionalism and grace.

What You Do: Provide outstanding service with a positive and polite attitude, ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued. Set up side stations and perform assigned side work to prepare for service. Greet guests promptly upon seating and distribute menus. Assist guests with menu selections, answer questions, and provide recommendations. Take accurate orders and communicate special cooking instructions to the kitchen team. Assemble and deliver food orders to guests, ensuring accuracy and presentation. Serve meals following proper service etiquette, replenish water, and attend to additional requests. Clear tables of soiled dishes efficiently and promptly. Present dessert, coffee, and after-dinner drinks, suggesting options as appropriate. Verify the accuracy of charges on checks and process payments through the POS system. Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and bus stations throughout the shift. Immediately report guest complaints or concerns to the supervisor. Assist with clean-up and closing duties as assigned by the manager. Attend pre-meal meetings as scheduled by the Food and Beverage Supervisor or Food and Beverage Manager. Perform any additional tasks assigned by supervisors to ensure efficient restaurant operations. What You Bring to the Table:

High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous experience as a server in a full-service restaurant, with at least six (6) months in an upscale setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle various guest service situations effectively. Ability to collaborate with the management team on training and development initiatives. Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a luxury dining environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced setting. Excellent multitasking abilities in a guest service-oriented environment. Prolonged periods of standing and walking during shifts. Ability to lift, balance, and carry trays of food weighing between 20-50 pounds. Comfortable working in diverse environmental conditions, including hot kitchens and outdoor dining areas. Capable of navigating through crowded dining areas, bending, reaching, and stretching to serve customers effectively.
