Provide exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish Respond to inquiries about insurance products, claims, billing, and coverage Develop leads, schedule appointments, and make outbound follow-up calls Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and claims support Maintain strong relationships with customers and build client loyalty Promote and cross-sell State Farm insurance products, including auto, home, renters, and life insurance What we provide:
