Greet and welcome patients and families with warmth and professionalism Manage accurate check-ins and check-outs Schedule, confirm, and remind patients of appointments Handle incoming calls and inquiries Verify insurance benefits and assist with billing questions Maintain organized patient records and support smooth office flow Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure an exceptional experience Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management Comprehensive Benefits Package:
