Summary:
The Warehouse Associate assists the Warehouse Manager in ensuring smooth warehouse operations by maintaining cleanliness, organizing inventory, and correctly labeling products as they are unloaded.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment by sweeping, organizing materials, and disposing of debris. Ensure that aisles are clear of obstacles and properly marked for safe navigation. Product Labeling and Handling: Accurately label products as they are unloaded from Client trucks, ensuring correct identification and storage locations. Verify incoming shipments against documentation for accuracy and report discrepancies. Order Preparation: Assist in preparing orders for shipment, ensuring items are picked accurately according to delivery schedules. Wrap AS-IS appliances securely for shipment to AS-IS dealers. Inventory Management: Assist the Warehouse Manager with inventory counts, cycle counts, and reconciliation of discrepancies. Organize and store products in designated areas to facilitate efficient retrieval. Equipment Operation: Use hand trucks, dollies, and other equipment to safely move appliances within the warehouse. Report any damaged or malfunctioning equipment to the Warehouse Manager promptly. Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Participate in safety training sessions and report hazards immediately. Other duties as assigned.

Compliance & Quality - Ensure accuracy, meet established deadlines of work, produce a quality product/service and show commitment to continuous improvement efforts. Respond to requests in a timely and effective manner and provides quick resolution to customer issues. Able to learn, understand, and comply with all company policies, procedures and regulations.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Strong attention to detail for accurate labeling and inventory management. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Basic understanding of warehouse operations and safety procedures. Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required. Ability to lift heavy appliances and operate warehouse tools safely. Forklift Certified Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times Corrected vision to normal range; normal hearing and talking is required for verbal communications Ability to use a variety of office equipment and machines
