This critical leadership role is a strategic partner to the CMO, driving alignment, accountability, and execution across the brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic planning and execution, organizational integration, executive communications, and team effectiveness. They will work closely with the CMO on annual planning, goal setting, and performance tracking, and will lead the function's operating rhythms to ensure clear priorities and progress. The role also involves serving as a proxy for the CMO, identifying and closing organizational gaps, and driving the integration of marketing strategy with product development and sales.
