About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Sales, New Logo Acquisition & International (Americas) to lead and drive new business growth across key markets in the Americas. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering on revenue targets, providing visionary leadership to sales teams, and developing and implementing go-to-market strategies. This role requires a strategic leader who can identify new business opportunities, penetrate new markets, and optimize sales processes for new customer acquisition. The VP will also be expected to work closely with cross-functional teams, stay abreast of industry trends, and cultivate strong relationships with key customers and partners. Data-driven leadership, people management, and a focus on continuous improvement are essential.
Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' of senior sales management experience, with a proven track record in both first-line and second-line leadership roles. A deep understanding of the Canadian and Latin American markets, including experience in developing successful growth strategies, is essential. The role demands a results-oriented individual with expertise in enterprise software, SaaS, and strategic account management, and a background in the cybersecurity or identity industry is preferred. The ideal candidate will have strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.
