đ§Â Position OverviewAs a Customer Service Representative, youâll be the first point of contact for drivers experiencing truck breakdowns. Youâll manage the entire case lifecycleâfrom intake to resolutionâcoordinating service providers, updating customers, and ensuring a smooth, efficient process.
đ§Â Key Responsibilities- Handle ~35 inbound/outbound calls per day
- Use Salesforce to manage and close service cases
- Pinpoint truck locations using mapping tools and dispatch the nearest service provider
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve breakdowns
- Monitor job progress and provide real-time updates to customers
- Establish payment methods and document all case activity
- Support non-emergency service scheduling for contract maintenance customers
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Proficiency with computers and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Experience in automotive or dispatching
- Bilingual in Spanish or French
- Familiarity with Salesforce

Training Schedule:Â MonâFri, 8:00 AMâ5:00 PM for 6â8 weeks (must be available for training)

- Over 50 team members
- Desk-based role with headset use throughout the shift

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
