We’re seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team in Magnolia, TX! RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Oversee day-to-day construction operations and job site activities
· Manage crews, subcontractors, and project schedules
· Ensure work meets quality, safety, and design standards
· Conduct site surveys and interpret plans and blueprints
· Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients
· Monitor materials, equipment, and labor to meet project goals

REQUIREMENTS:
· 3+ years of construction management or superintendent experience
· Experience in surveying and site layout
· Strong leadership and team management skills
· Knowledge of construction processes, codes, and safety standards
· Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
· Bilingual a plus
· Strong communication and problem-solving skills

POSITION DETAILS:
· Schedule: Full-time
· Pay: $70,000–$90,000/yr
