We are seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial-minded Project Manager to join our growing Civil Site Group . This individual will lead and deliver innovative civil/site development projects across the Midwest. Responsibilities
- Manage a variety of civil/site projects from concept through completion.
- Oversee project profitability, scheduling, and client satisfaction.
- Lead and mentor junior engineers, delegating tasks effectively.
- Direct and review design of site layouts, grading, drainage, roadways, utilities, and hydrologic/hydraulic analysis.
- Ensure quality control at all project stages.
- Participate in proposals, interviews, and presentations to secure new business.
- Develop and maintain client relationships, leveraging extensive industry contacts.
- Collaborate with business development staff to identify and win new opportunities.
- Work across multiple geographic markets including Indiana, Ohio, and beyond.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
- Minimum 7+ years of civil/site development engineering experience.
- Proven experience managing projects including design, permitting, and client engagement.
- Strong track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
- Experience preparing proposals and delivering presentations.
- Job stability and demonstrated career progression.

- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong business development background with ability to expand client base.
- Demonstrated leadership in mentoring and team growth.
