Our client is renowned in the Data Center industry, having recently won a multi-building Data Center project on the outskirts of Charlotte. They are searching for Electrical Project Managers and Senior Electrical Project Managers to support their growth in the region, and to be at the forefront of this exciting development.

Who are you?

  • You bring 5–10+ years of experience in project management, successfully delivering complex and large-scale projects.
  • You have a proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and stakeholders, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
  • You are confident leading cross-functional teams and overseeing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • You have strong communication and relationship-building skills, able to influence at all levels and foster collaboration.
  • You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at identifying risks and creating solutions.
  • You thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments and are motivated by the opportunity to contribute to a major, exciting development project.

What will you be doing?

  • Ensure compliance with organizational, client, and project requirements at every stage.
  • Promote and enforce worksite safety standards in line with established policies.
  • Prepare estimates, review proposals, and support project planning activities.
  • Define and oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Supervise project delivery to ensure alignment with design, cost, and timeline goals.
  • Partner with clients to clarify expectations and ensure satisfaction before, during, and after delivery.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and service providers to support timely procurement and logistics.
  • Manage financial aspects of projects, including invoicing and collections.
  • Conduct regular site visits to track progress and resolve challenges.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and team members.
  • Contribute to planning for future resource needs, including workforce and materials.
  • Provide clear progress updates and reporting to senior stakeholders.
  • Monitor and forecast financial performance, adjusting plans as needed.
  • Develop and refine project scopes, budgets, and documentation.
  • Administer RFPs, contracts, and change management processes.
  • Mentor and guide team members to support their professional growth and development.
