The Estimator/ Project Manager is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of sales and project execution for assigned accounts. This includes generating new business leads, developing project proposals, estimating project costs, initiating and overseeing projects, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role involves collaboration with clients, internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery. Key responsibilities also include contract management, scheduling, procurement, safety compliance, and performance tracking. The Estimator/ Project Manager is accountable for meeting specific performance metrics set by the Division Manager. Generate new sales leads from current, former, and new client organizations. Work with potential clients to understand the client’s needs and the scope of the potential project. Develop competitive cost estimates for potential projects based on available information (e.g., site visits, client-provided documentation, publicly available documentation). Manage the contracting process for new projects, including contract initiation and task order management. Work with onsite supervisors to ensure successful project outcomes. Manage project logistics; coordinate with the Operations Manager on the scheduling of team members and equipment, ordering of required materials, and development of a project plan. Coordinate vendors and subcontractors for projects, as needed. Ensure project sites are compliant with applicable safety laws and regulations. Resolve any project-related issues and address client concerns, as needed. Perform project performance management-related activities (e.g., job cost analysis, project schedule adherence). Responsible for final project close out and collection of final payment 3+ years of Estimating and Project Managing background within the Environmental or Mitigation industry IICRC certification, preferably in water mitigation or mold Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Combination of field and office work Potential exposure to hazardous materials, confined spaces, and outdoor environments Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is provided and required on-site Sign-On Bonus within the first 90 days ~ Company vehicle or vehicle allowance provided ~ Health, dental, and vision insurance ~ Paid time off and company holidays ~ On-the-job training and professional development ~ Opportunities for career growth within the Residential/ Environmental department Gain hands-on experience across diverse and high-impact projects
