Salary: $85,000 - $125,000 per year

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Construction Project Manager – Multifamily who is eager to join a collaborative culture, make an impact, and oversee projects that shape vibrant communities.
The Project Manager will oversee multifamily construction and renovation projects from conception through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Reporting to the Vice President of Construction, this role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and vendors across a portfolio that spans several states.

Job Details
The Project Manager will oversee multifamily construction and renovation projects from conception through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Reporting to the Vice President of Construction, this role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and vendors across a portfolio that spans several states.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multifamily construction and renovation projects from design and budgeting through occupancy
- Define project parameters including scope, budget, and schedule; prepare complete work packages
- Review construction plans, specifications, contractor proposals, RFIs, and change orders
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, interior designers, MEP specialists, and local authorities
- Oversee permitting, contractor bidding, and project team performance
- Monitor quality, safety, and adherence to contractual and company standards
- Provide project documentation, including AIA forms, invoices, submittals, and operational manuals
- Travel regularly to project sites (1–2 days per week, including occasional out-of-state travel)
- Mentor and collaborate with team members, contributing to a high-performing and innovative team environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience managing multifamily, hospitality, or wood-frame construction projects
- Strong technical ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings
- Proficiency with tools such as Excel, Adobe, TurboCAD, Procore, and MS Project
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required
