Facility in Prosser, WA seeking Outpatient HemOnc locums coverage Pay rate: $450-500/hr depending on the availability and experience. Opportunity Highlights
- Flexible Schedule: Work 3-4 days per week on an 8-hour shift schedule (8 AM - 5 PM, flexible).
- Outpatient-Focused: This is an outpatient clinic role. No infusions, BMT, or breast oncology cases are required.
- Manageable Patient Load: See an average of 8-12 patients per day.
- Supportive Environment: Work alongside an onsite physician and NP, as well as RNs and Medical Assistants.
- EMR System: The facility uses Cerner Community Works, with the assistance of AI charting. Onboarding must be completed one week prior to the start date.
- Quick Credentialing: Hospital credentialing takes approximately 30 days.
- Solo Practice: We are looking for a provider who is comfortable working independently in a smaller setting.
- Provide comprehensive hematology and oncology care in an outpatient clinic setting.
- Manage a patient load of 8-12 patients per day.
- Work collaboratively with the onsite support staff.
- Board Status: Board-Eligible in Hematology and/or Oncology is required.
- Licensure: An active Washington State license or IMLC is required to begin the credentialing process. The facility will consider licensing a candidate.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of procedure/case logs is required.
- Commitment: Must have weekly availability.
- The target start date is November 10, 2025, or as soon as credentialing is complete. The contract duration is 13 weeks, with the possibility of extension until a permanent candidate is found.
