- Other details: The facility which is stroke-certified and trauma level 2 is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours and call if needed. There are an average of 10-14 patients per shift and 6 beds in the department. Seeking a full-time provider to help establish a relatively new clinic, primarily seeing new patients with additional follow-up visits as the contract continues. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a developing clinic environment and assisting in building care within the community. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with one in six weekend call coverage (24-hour beeper). Overtime will apply after 40 hours per week.
