Registered Nurse – Telemetry - Travel - (Tele RN)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 12 N Pay Rate: $2085.37 - $2833.96

Required Qualifications Registered Nurse, Telemetry Licenses: RN-IL Certifications: BLS Work History: Should not be more than 180 days of gap in entire work history References: 1 Reference in entire work history
Interview: VA Auto Offer, offers to be accepted or declined within 48 hours or they will be rescinded Must have License/Cert Holiday RTO 1 day total between 11/27-12/1; 12/23-1/2 -- Must work 2/3 holidays Flu and COVID vaccine required, medical or religious exceptions are accepted -- Float Requirement: as needed in skillset -- EMR: Epic exp required -- Need IA and IL licenses - can hold on facility side they are licensed
