Registered Nurse – Home Health - Travel - (HH RN)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $2113.42 - $2329.07
How long is the contract assignment? 13 weeks 2. Schedule of assignment hours? M – F, 8am – 5pm 3. Will this candidate be visiting patients in care facilities or only in patient’s homes? Both 4. Will you want to hire the contractor at the end of the contract or is this truly a contract assignment? Truly contract 6. What region are you in? Home health or Hospice? Homehealth 7. What’s creating the request? - work load 8. To which location will this person report for assignment, full address, Including the OU (Location Code) 17 Park of Commerce Blvd Suite 100 Savannah GA 31405 Please confirm above location is correct and list any other territories that are to be covered by the candidates: 9. How many miles per week will the consultant travel? 30/40 a day 10. What are the weekly units of productivity expectations? 30 11. What EMR systems will the consultant be using: HomeCare HomeBase, Oasis, Outlook 12. Will there be any on call? If so, how much? Every 4 weeks 13. Do you want the candidate to have home health experience? Yes
