Customer Service Assistant
Position Overview: Communiboost We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the front-line representative for our company, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Salary Range: $21.50 - $30.00 per hour Location: Akron, OH
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a friendly and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database.
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers based on their needs.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and ensure service consistency.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in high-pressure situations.
- Proficient in using computer systems and customer service software, with a willingness to learn new tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a strong work ethic.
