Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Educator Discipline: RN Start Date: 10/06/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel TITLE: Clinical Education SHIFT: 5x8 Day Shift Job Summary: Promotes the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective healthcare through expert clinical education and professional development. Collaborates with the leadership team, clinical education team, and clinical staff to plan and implement organizational and departmental goals. Creates a climate of innovation through role-modeling, consultation, research, and facilitation of learning. Serves as a change agent, mentor, model, and coach for Critical Care, Rapid Response, and Vascular Access Team staff. Demonstrates ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate high-quality, cost-efficient educational programs for staff which build on foundational skills, introduce novel approaches, and advance critical thinking. Utilizes American Association of Critical-Care Nurses, Infusion Nurse Society, and Society of Critical Care Medicine as primary references for Critical Care, Rapid Response, and Vascular Access. Tailors learnings to align with PI projects and goals set by unit, hospital, and system.
