Bring Warmth to Veterans: Crochet or Knit Lap Blankets!

We owe all Veterans respect and thanks for defending our freedoms. Now in their time of need, we have a chance to honor them. Salus Hospice in Orange County California is in need of Red, White and Blue lap blankets which we will use to honor the Veterans in our hospice program along with a Veteran Pinning Ceremony. The blankets can be knitted or crocheted, as long as they are Red, White and Blue, with a patriotic pattern. Salus Hospice will supply the yarn. Volunteer opportunities are located throughout Orange County. We will work with your schedule. Please inquire with your interest for volunteering and any questions you might have about our program.
