The Territory Manager will be responsible for conducting in person visits with targeted Practices and Accounts to drive utilization of YCANTH. The Territory Manager will be the owner of their targets and accountable for performance within assigned Groups and Practices. The Territory Manager will be responsible for leveraging relationships, developing leads and pulling through utilization. The Territory Manager may also be required to assist or perform other duties within the Company as directed, from time to time. The Territory Manager will be required to live within the assigned geography: Jacksonville, FL. Summary of Position Responsibilities Drive results and excel in execution Lead and ensure the successful launch of YCANTH Conduct in person visits/meetings/and communications with HCPs and other healthcare customers Work cross functionally with the Business Reimbursement Team as needed to ensure good HCP experience Build and maintain highly professional relationships with key physicians and customers Provide information to field-based teams that impact their affiliated field base physicians Agree to and follow all Company policy and procedures and essential requirements of the Position

Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelors Degree required, ideally in Business or Health Science related fields (4 year degree from an accredited university or college) Substantial and relevant sales experience in the life sciences/biopharmaceutical space with knowledge of Dermatologist and Pediatric markets Experience working with institutions and large group practices and ability to engage the entire stakeholder network Demonstrated successful experience in launching new brands and achieving sales results; development of KOL/customer relationships; experience across sales, market access and channel teams High agility in a fast-paced startup environment and the ability to adapt to business challenges Key requirements include: achieve results; launch YCANTH; strategic planning and execution; develop key customers and segments; understand clinical information, medical-legal processes, and regulatory compliance; strong communication and influence skills; commitment to Verricas vision and culture; experience in buy-and-bill and/or specialty pharmacy is a plus

Physical Position Requirements

Must be able to sit for extended periods at a desk. Normal office operations with respect to lifting, standing and walking. This position requires extensive travel within the region; some overnight travel may be required. In-person visits with HCPs and other healthcare customers are required. Join Us
