The Special Events Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of a wide variety of events, including casino marketing programs, sponsorship activations, and property-level experiences. This role also supports cross-property and corporate events, ensuring that each program is delivered at the highest standards of quality and service. This is your opportunity to shape world-class events that reflect our mission "to entertain the human race." The Day-To-Day: Manage all phases of event planning and execution, including scheduling, production meetings, dcor, audiovisual, staffing, compliance, set-up, and strike. Act as the primary liaison for management, staff, vendors, guests, and internal departmentsresolving issues and ensuring smooth communication. Provide on-site event management to guarantee proper timing, execution, and customer service. Oversee event budgets, including projecting, tracking, and reconciling expenses. Collaborate with creative partners to deliver tailored design and service solutions. Identify opportunities for innovation and support strategic initiatives that enhance event offerings. The Ideal Candidate: Minimum 2 years of prior events experience required. Experience with casino events preferred. Strong background in on-site judgment and decision-making. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Flexible, detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and customer-focused.
