Job level: Senior Consultant Supply Chain & Operations Responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant on the Supply Chain & Operations team, you will collaborate with a team to deliver strategic insights and operational solutions, craft impactful deliverables, and lead discussions with clients and stakeholders. You will manage project components, guide the development of junior consultants, and participate in an environment that supports career growth alongside industry experts and seasoned supply chain professionals. You will also collaborate with integrated teams worldwide to expand networks and contribute to a diverse, high-performing culture. Skills and qualifications

To qualify for the role, you must have: Currently pursuing an MBA with approximately 3+ years of relevant work experience in supply chain functions, consulting, or related field Strong leadership, teamwork, inclusivity, and the ability to collaborate across diverse perspectives Excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts to varied audiences, leveraging data to generate insights Analytical and problem-solving capabilities with initiative and ability to drive execution in a dynamic environment Agile and growth-oriented mindset Strong commercial awareness and impact on global and domestic businesses Reliable transportation to/from EY offices and client sites; a drivers license is strongly recommended where transit options are limited Willingness to travel and work extended hours as required by client and project needs Ideally, you will have: Comprehensive knowledge of supply chain operations, including planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and cost-reduction strategies Familiarity with emerging digital technologies in supply chain management (IoT, RPA, AI) Experience in supply chain financial analysis, with ability to derive actionable insights and model complex scenarios Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to develop and present data-driven deliverables Knowledge of using firm-approved AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot What we offer you
