As a SharePoint Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting customized SharePoint 2019 and SharePoint Online solutions that drive key business operations. You will collaborate with stakeholders to transform business requirements into effective and user-friendly SharePoint sites, workflows, and applications. Your work will include front-end customization, workflow automation, branding, dashboard development, and data migration—requiring proficiency with SharePoint Designer, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, as well as a solid grasp of SharePoint architecture. Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain custom client-side SharePoint solutions using JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3

Build and support workflows using SharePoint Designer for SharePoint 2019 or SharePoint Online

Create, configure, and customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and site collections

Design dashboards and reports based on KPIs and business analytics

Implement graphical branding elements aligned with customer requirements

Manage SharePoint site permissions and access controls

Provide end-user support, training, and documentation for SharePoint solutions

Collaborate directly with clients to gather and validate technical requirements

Develop and execute SharePoint test plans, test cases, and performance validations

Assist with data migration from on-premises environments to cloud platforms in coordination with the cloud engineering team

Identify and resolve system issues proactively; communicate risks and progress to key stakeholders

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proficient in JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3

Minimum 5 years of experience delivering IT solutions to commercial or government clients

At least 2 years of experience with SharePoint Designer customization

Demonstrated experience developing SharePoint workflows and forms

Strong knowledge of SharePoint 2019 or SharePoint Online/Subscription Edition

Understanding of Visual Studio, .NET Framework, and C# is a plus

Familiarity with SharePoint App Model, Add-In Model, and SPFx (SharePoint Framework)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset

Ability to work independently and in fast-paced, team-oriented environments

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (preferred)

Experience working with SharePoint 2013, 2016, 2019, or SharePoint Online, with an emphasis on customization and workflow development

Certifications

Must meet DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification requirements (e.g., Security+ CE, CCNA Security, CySA+, etc.)

Microsoft Office Specialist: SharePoint 2013 (Exam 77-419) or a comparable certification demonstrating proficiency with SharePoint platforms is preferred

Clearance Requirement

Must possess an active Secret Clearance to be considered for this role
