JBW Federal seeks a Software Developer to support the 39th Information Operations Squadron (39 IOS) at Joint Base San Antonio, TX. Responsibilities: Understand computer and software programming concepts, with certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect-Associate, C, C++, or similar. Collaborate with management, departments, and customers to identify requirements. Design algorithms, scripts, and flowcharts; produce code based on requirements. Prepare and install solutions by defining system specifications and standards. Test and deploy programs and applications. Gather user feedback to improve existing software. Develop software by studying information needs and system flows. Analyze systems and recommend policy or procedure changes. Manage software licenses, maintaining records of requirements, costs, and expiration dates. Design, modify, and implement software for training systems and ranges. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 6 years of software development experience. IAT/M Level III Certification. Top Secret/SCI clearance.
