Developer Programmer Analyst 3 | Cayuse Civil Services, LLC Location: Remote Salary: $91,374.40 - $130,520.00 The Developer/Programmer Analyst 3 will support the development and enhancement of applications serving Texas school districts. This role requires working across multiple agency stakeholders to ensure accuracy, efficacy, and alignment with business goals while delivering transformative technology solutions to benefit Texas school districts and fostering excellence in software development practices and stakeholder collaboration. This position performs all duties and responsibilities in accordance with the Mission, Vision, and Core Values of Cayuse. Responsibilities Design and develop a new reporting framework using .NET 8.0/9.0, Blazor, and other modern Microsoft technologies. Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) within a SCRUM/Agile environment. Analyze and enhance existing complex reports built with Crystal Reports integrated with Oracle databases. Develop scalable, high-performance financial system solutions, ensuring seamless Oracle database integration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, to maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and automation processes. Provide innovative solutions to modernize and streamline legacy projects, ensuring alignment with business and organizational objectives. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
8 yrs: Required Software Development Life Cycle 8 yrs: Required Entity Framework 8 yrs: Required Oracle (PL/SQL, Stored Procedures, Database Management, Performance Tuning) 8 yrs: Required Strong understanding of data modeling 8 yrs: Required Design Principles 6 yrs: Required Blazor Server, Blazor WSM 6 yrs: Required Fluent UI 5 yrs: Required Bitbucket for version control 5 yrs: Required Nomad and Consul 2 yrs: Required .NET 8.0/9.0 framework, C#, Visual Studio Effective communicator and collaborator across cross-functional teams and stakeholders; proven capability to tackle technical and architectural challenges, especially in legacy-to-modernization efforts. Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.
Minimum Skills
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate in a clear, professional, and articulate manner. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high-level attention to detail. Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities; adaptable to change and a quick learner. Self-motivated and able to work well independently as well as on a multi-functional team. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately. Proficient in MS Office, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.

May be asked to travel for business or professional development. May be asked to work hours outside of normal business hours.
