Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls from existing customers
• Process service requests such as adding/removing vehicles and drivers, adding lienholder information, sending policy documents, and related tasks
• Assist customers with questions about existing insurance policies, coverages or benefits and help make changes to policies as needed
• Work to retain Jerry policyholders by actively finding solutions for customers at risk of cancellation

Qualifications

• Entry level
• P&C license (P&C license will be paid by Jerry; expected within 60 days after starting)

Compensation And Perks

• Hourly wage: $18.00 - 21.00
• We will pay for your P&C license (expected within 60 days after starting)

Schedule

• Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday: 6am – 4:30pm ET
