School Social Worker

AnthroMed Education is seeking a compassionate and dedicated School Social Worker to join our team for the remainder of the school year. This School Social Worker will work alongside a skilled and supportive colleague, focusing on the social-emotional well-being of our students. You will be part of a supportive team dedicated to enhancing student well-being and academic success. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual counseling sessions with students.
• Provide Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) push-in lessons for small groups.
• Supervise and engage with students during recess.
• Facilitate 1:1 lunch sessions for additional support.
• Collaborate with the team to implement the Second Step program and address monthly topics.
• Maintain a manageable caseload of fewer than 9 students, ensuring personalized attention and support.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work
• PEL License
• IDFPR License
