Job Details
Duration: 6 months to hire
Location: 100% Onsite Camas, WA
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8-5PM PST
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and troubleshoot network infrastructure including routing, switching, and network
- segmentation.
- Support networking protocols (TCP/IP, IPSec) and configure VLANs.
- Configure and maintain firewalls, switches, and wireless access points.
- Configure and maintain site-to-site VPNs and remote access solutions.
- Monitor network performance, analyze bandwidth usage, and resolve connectivity issues.
- Perform network documentation including topology diagrams and IP address management.
- Maintain DNS and DHCP services.
- Maintain Active Directory, Group Policy, and NTFS permissions.
- Manage storage provisioning, file systems, and permissions across on-premises and cloud platforms.
- Provide technical support for global end-user systems including Windows 10/11 OS, Office and other
- productivity apps, printers, VPN, and mobile devices (iOS).
- Manage device deployments, repairs, user onboarding/offboarding, and equipment setup in office,
- manufacturing, and remote environments.
- Cloud & Microsoft 365 Ecosystem
- Administer Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and other related
- systems.
- Manage user accounts, groups, licenses, and mobile device management through Microsoft Intune.
- Support hybrid identity configurations and domain migration projects.
- Security & Server Administration
- Monitor Darktrace IDS/IPS, respond to security incidents, and enforce security best practices.
- Administer Windows Server (2016–2022), Hyper-V virtualization in a highly available clustered environment,
- and Veeam backup systems.
- Maintain compliance with security policies and assist with audits and patching
- Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3–5 years of IT infrastructure and support experience in an enterprise environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Entra ID, Active Directory, and strong networking skills.
- Strong understanding of OSI model, subnetting, and network troubleshooting methodologies.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and professional communication abilities.
