Manager, Deals - Deal Integration and Value Realization

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Salary: $190,000-$203,000/yr.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Accounting, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field, plus 5 years of post-bachelors, progressive related work experience.
In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Accounting, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field, plus 3 years of related work experience.
Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:
Providing operational support during mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other corporate transactions, maximizing value creation through pre-deal analysis, due diligence, integration / separation planning and execution; Delivering tailored digital solutions to improve M&A project teams' performance by offering actionable insights, streamlining processes, and increasing stakeholder visibility; Translating business strategy into operations strategy and transforming operations to drive both growth and profitability; and Supporting engagements in multiple phases of the deal life cycle, including pre-deal operations due diligence, close planning and execution.
80% telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office.
Travel requirement(s): Domestic and/or international travel up to 80% required.
