Oncology Clinical Pharmacist / Board-Certified Oncology Pharmacy Specialist (BCOP)

As an Oncology Clinical Pharmacist, you'll lead precision-focused clinical pharmacy services in a dynamic Cancer Center setting, collaborating with an elite care team to drive patient-centered oncology treatment from diagnosis to survivorship.
Why You Should Apply High-impact role in a comprehensive Cancer Center with both inpatient and outpatient responsibilities Shift: Days Work alongside a multidisciplinary team of oncologists, nurses, and clinical experts Competitive hourly depending on your experience, full benefits, Relocation and sign-on bonus may apply About You Be able to do the job as described Licensed Pharmacist in Arizona or eligible within 180 days of hire ASHP-accredited PGY-1 residency required Board Certification in Oncology Pharmacy (BCOP) required At least 3 years providing clinical pharmacy care for oncology patients What Youll Be Doing Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care and pharmacotherapeutic monitoring to oncology patients Supervise medication preparation and administration in the Cancer Center and Infusion Clinic Manage chemotherapy protocols, pain regimens, and supportive therapies Collaborate closely with the care team to adjust therapy based on labs, biomarkers, and patient condition Educate patients and clinical staff on oncology drug therapy and emerging treatments Contribute to drug utilization reviews, P&T recommendations, and quality improvement projects
