Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in foam production, is seeking a Forklift Assistant to join their team. As a Forklift Assistant, you will be an integral part of the production process, supporting the main line driver and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:

Forklift Assistant

Location: Pevely, MO

Pay Range: $18.75/hour

Shift:

4 AM - 4 PM (2 days), 4 PM - 4 AM (2 days), with 4 days off

What's the Job?

Assist in the production of styrofoam products

Support the main line driver during operations

Operate forklift equipment (experience preferred but not required)

Maintain safety standards by wearing steel-toed boots and following safety protocols

Work effectively in varying temperatures, including heat and cold environments

What's Needed?

Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Steel-toed boots are required

Reliable work ethic and punctuality

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
