Our client, a leading organization in customer service and operational support, is seeking a Lead, Customer Service Rep to join their team. As a Lead, Customer Service Rep, you will be part of the customer support department supporting online customer interactions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:

Location: Richmond, VA

Pay: $20 hour

Shift:

Tues-Sat : 8am-4:30pm, Sun-Thurs : 12:00pm-8:30pm

What's the Job?

Supervise daily operations of a customer service team to meet performance goals

Support the development of a high-performance team through coaching and training

Maintain and analyze team performance statistics to identify improvement opportunities

Troubleshoot operational issues and provide effective solutions

Handle escalated customer transactions requiring advanced expertise to ensure customer satisfaction

What's Needed?

Minimum of 4 years experience in a customer service role, including handling complex transactions

At least 1 year of team lead or supervisory experience

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Experience in a call center environment is preferred

Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a plus
