Full-time availability for a virtual work environment. At least two years of relevant experience in the medical community, claims processing, or health insurance. Strong ability to meet departmental quality and quantity standards and follow up on outstanding items. Independent work capability with exceptional multitasking and deadline management skills. Exceptional attention to detail and a curiosity to foster innovative solutions. A team-player attitude with humility and a commitment to exceptional customer service. Your Key Responsibilities: Conduct credentialing and recredentialing verifications for providers and facilities, adhering to MVP policies and regulatory standards. Process applications for credentialing and recredentialing while preparing documentation for the Credentials Committee. Verify source information from hospitals, residency programs, and practitioners. Review documentation to ensure compliance and perform necessary follow-ups. Manage provider specialty change requests and maintain ongoing monitoring files. Enter credentialing data into sProvider software and assist with data cleanup projects as needed. Input billing information into Facets and monitor compliance reports. Act as a liaison between various departments to enhance communication and efficiency. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to evolving regulatory compliance requirements. Flexibility to work additional hours as necessary and participate in other duties that support our goal of improving healthcare delivery. Work from home within New York State. Join Us!
