Job Summary: We are seeking a
Senior AWS Connect Architect
to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade contact center solutions. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in
Amazon Connect, AWS cloud services, and telephony systems , with a strong preference for
healthcare industry experience .
Key Responsibilities:
Architect and deliver scalable, secure Amazon Connect solutions (IVR, routing, omnichannel)
Integrate Amazon Connect with CRMs and healthcare systems
Leverage AWS services (Lambda, Lex, Kinesis, DynamoDB, S3) to build intelligent workflows
Ensure solutions meet
HIPAA and compliance standards
Guide engineering teams, provide technical leadership, and define best practices
Optimize performance, reliability, and security of contact center platforms
Required Skills:
10+ years in IT architecture, 4+ years in Amazon Connect or cloud contact centers
Strong AWS expertise (Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, API Gateway, IAM)
Solid understanding of telephony, SIP, IVR, and contact center operations
Proven ability to design secure, scalable cloud architectures
Excellent communication and stakeholder leadership skills

Healthcare industry experience (HIPAA, PHI handling)
AWS Solutions Architect Professional certification
Experience with AI/ML features, Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation/Terraform)
