Pay: $48K-$66K
Shift: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
Manage outgoing correspondence, internal memos, and President's mail
Maintain electronic and paper filing systems
Assist with meetings, including preparation and taking minutes
Support special projects and coordinate events, staffing, and logistics
Update employee information, birthdays, and anniversaries in Outlook
Liaise with vendors, contractors, accountants, legal, and insurance partners
Coordinate charitable events, company donations, and milestone celebrations
Support annual tax reporting and administrative needs of leadership
Qualifications: 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
