Our client, a dynamic service provider in the plumbing and customer support industry, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team.

Pay Range:
$17.00/hr
Shift:
MON-FRI, 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM, 20 hours per week
What's the Job?
Assist the dispatcher with customer service-related functions as directed
Answer incoming phone calls to schedule appointments or resolve customer issues
Coordinate and manage the daily schedules of service technicians in cooperation with the dispatcher and service manager
Complete billing for service technicians and assist with payment collection
Manage permit applications, inspection requests, and utility location requests for plumbing work
What's Needed?
Customer service experience and past sales experience (preferred but not required)
Excellent customer service and communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic and self-motivation
Moderate PC skills and familiarity with basic Office products, with the ability to learn new software programs
