The Relationship Support Specialist will provide comprehensive customer transfer support for an assigned group of markets and/or divisions, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience. Collaborate closely with team members across various job families to deliver cohesive and informed service. Act as a consultant to front office team members by gaining a deep understanding of their needs and offering training on the transfer process when necessary. Foster a strong, collaborative environment within a close-knit team, working together to support one another and drive collective success.

In this role, you will:

Be accountable for supporting an assigned group of markets and/or divisions with their customer transfer needs

Identify opportunity for process improvements within the portfolio

Make decisions on complex customer issues

Partner with managers to resolve issues and provides status updates on implementations

Develop expertise in the policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Handle complex customer issues which include escalation and resolution

Lead team and serve as a subject matter expert for the department

Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

Interact with internal customers

Receive direction from leaders

Exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of Business Relationship Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Experience and expertise in various Commercial Banking systems, including WCIS, Hogan, Online Forms, TRE, Relationship View, AFS, LIQ, BLAST and CreditView.

Experience with Microsoft Excel.

Ability to manage a queue of work independently.

Understanding of Commercial Banking relationships, including customer hierarchies, segmentation and profitability

Pay Range:

Charlotte- North Carolina Pay Range: $60,000 - $91,000 USD annual (this range may not be applicable to other locations

Minneapolis- Minnesota Pay Range: $66,000 - $100,000 USD annual (this range may not be applicable to other locations)

Chandler- Arizona Pay Range: $60,000 - $91,000 USD annual (this range may not be applicable to other locations
