We are a team of passionate creators at Accenture Song Production Studios, partnering with leading brands to produce innovative content at speed and scale.

The Digital Services Support team is responsible for overseeing the digital equipment needs in assigned studios throughout the duration of the shoot, while interacting with clients and providing the highest level of service. This position is responsible for maintaining the studio's in-house inventory of digital capture equipment and placing equipment orders with rental houses. The ideal candidate will be self-sufficient, a troubleshooter, cooperative, have the ability to multitask and work well under pressure.

As Digital Services Support you would be responsible for...

Preparing all IT equipment requested and staging that eq in the studio for the following day's shoots.

Checking and testing all IT hardware and software to ensure proper functioning prior to client use.

Creating stock checks and short lists to establish and maintain accurate inventory counts.

Communicating customer requests, order changes, to the Production and Management teams.

Properly assessing minor repairs to equipment if applicable.

Maintaining a clean and organized work area at all times

On-Set client support. Ability to troubleshoot, fix and/or reset all digital systems on set as quickly and effectively as possible to minimize client downtime.

Customer Service: partner with the Production and Photography teams to maintain the production workflow and desired creative output of images.

Here's What You'll Need:

Minimum of 1 years of experience in relevant related skills within a studio environment

Bonus Points, if:

Excellent communication skills

Attention to detail

Excellent time management and people skills

Fluent in Capture One and Leaf Capture image processing software, Adobe Creative Suite, Lightroom, FTP software, Mac OSX, Microsoft Office and web based systems.

Knowledge of and/or experience with medium format cameras, all major digital backs and high-end DSLR cameras

Experience working with servers and raids a plus

Experience with both full production and the rental business

Able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
