headquartered in Chicago in its search for a midlevel Commercial Real Estate Associate. What Youll Do Draft and negotiate
leases, purchase agreements, loan documents, and other deal documentation Work on acquisitions/dispositions, leasing, finance, REIT, distressed property, and construction matters Manage due diligence
and closing processes Key Qualifications 2+ years
of commercial real estate experience in a sophisticated law firm, AmLaw preferred Meaningful exposure to acquisitions/dispositions, finance, and ideally some construction Admission to the Illinois bar or eligibility to waive in Compensation & Benefits 1600 minimum billable
requirement Base compensation of
$170-220K
,
plus bonus eligibility
determined by firm and individual performance Flexible hybrid schedule
