About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and highly dependable Shipping Associate to take ownership of our daily shipping operations. This is a key position for someone who thrives when working independently and can efficiently manage and prioritize tasks without being micromanaged. Key Responsibilities: Ensure all ecommerce orders are packed, labeled, and shipped accurately and on time. Maintain a clean and organized shipping station, managing supplies and staying ahead of low inventory. Identify and resolve issues independently, escalating only when necessary. Coordinate with customer service and other departments as needed to ensure seamless fulfillment.
