The Receptionist will greet, assist, and provide directions and information to clients, visitors, and other guests of the organization; provide clerical assistance to the Administrative Division and other duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities:
None. Duties/Responsibilities:
Greet clients, visitors, and guests and determines the purpose of each person’s visit to direct or escort them to the appropriate location. Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff; takes messages and schedules appointments. Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items. Performs administrative and clerical support tasks. Performs basic filing and recordkeeping. Assists with Customer Service, Accounting and/or Human Resources as needed. Performs other duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Positive attitude is a must! Ability to learn and grow with the company. Ability to follow direction as well as work independently. Strong attention to details. Ability to use discretion. Accounting/Bookkeeping or HR experience a plus. Bi-lingual a plus. Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Must have customer service experience in a professional office. Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk. Prolonged periods of typing and filing. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
