What We Need We are looking for a passionate HRIS System Administrator to be a vital technical partner in managing and optimizing Workday. In this role, you will support daily operations, drive configuration improvements, maintain data integrity, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall employee experience. What We Do The HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) team is an integral part of the Human Resources organization. We are responsible for the administration and optimization of HR technology platforms, ensuring secure and efficient handling of employee data and HR processes. Your Responsibilities Serve as the system administrator for Workday, supporting configuration, maintenance, and optimization across all HCM modules.

Administer and support Workday HCM, including Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Performance, Recruiting, and Learning modules.

Create and maintain custom Workday reports and dashboards to facilitate HR operations and analytics.

Participate in testing of system releases and new functionalities.

Effectively triage and resolve HRIS cases in ServiceNow in a prompt manner.

Conduct regular audits and optimizations to ensure the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of HR system data.

Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors on system enhancements and integrations.

Assist in maintaining documentation regarding system configurations, workflows, and standard operating procedures.

Provide user support, training, and guidance to HR staff and employees on system functionalities.

Your Qualifications A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

At least 5 years of experience, including a minimum of 3 years in HRIS administration with specific expertise in Workday HCM configuration and reporting.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

This position offers a hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week at our Wilmington, MA office. Travel Requirements Occasional travel (up to 10%) may be involved, requiring a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive or fly to client and customer locations.
