Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Part-Time 25-30 hours)

Pay: $22 – $24 / per hour (based on experience)

Job Description:

We are seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to join our client’s team on a contract basis (4–5 months). This role is hybrid, with in-office presence required Monday through Wednesday. The ideal candidate will provide general administrative support, manage incoming calls, and assist with projects during the organization’s busy certification season.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism (increased call volume expected during busy season).
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries.
  • Verify and update information within the database.
  • Draft, send, and respond to emails.
  • Assist with office projects and daily tasks as needed.
  • Prepare shipping labels and handle outgoing mail.
  • Support leadership and staff with administrative needs.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 2+ years of administrative support experience.
  • Education: Open.
  • Industry: Open, prior non-profit experience a plus but not required.
