Summary Under general supervision, work on the production line to build manufactured housing as part of a team, and perform quality work safely in a fast-moving and consistent manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Perform all manual labor in the area to which assigned
• Keep area neat and clean
• Read and use a tape measure
• Read blueprints and orders
• Communicate well with coworkers
• Use hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools
• Be here every day, on time – attendance matters
• Willingness to help others and learn new skills

Qualifications

• Any specialized construction/manufacturing experience is highly preferred and will be given priority consideration
• Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing is desired

The role requires standing, using hands, reaching, walking, climbing, bending, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and more than 100 pounds occasionally. Visual requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
