Position: Marketing Project Manager

Reporting: Head of Brand and Creative

Direct Reports: 0

Location: Glendale Headquarters - Not Remote

FLSA Status: Exempt

Salary Range: $75,000 - $80,000

Position Overview

Serves as the central hub for marketing campaigns, coordinating between creative teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Manages complex workflows while maintaining quality standards and excels at cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced environments

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including creative, digital, content, and PR.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve potential roadblocks
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and brand guidelines
  • Coordinate campaign timelines and scheduling across multiple channels and stakeholders, ensuring all deliverables meet deadlines while maintaining focus on execution logistics rather than strategic planning or creative development.

Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as primary point of contact between marketing teams and internal stakeholders
  • Facilitate regular project status meetings and provide clear communication on project updates
  • Manage expectations and negotiate scopae changes when necessary
  • Present project outcomes and performance metrics to senior leadership.

Process Optimization

  • Develop and implement standardized project management processes and workflows
  • Create and maintain project documentation, templates, and best practices
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency
  • Implement project management tools and technologies to enhance team productivity

Budget & Resource Management

  • Track project budgets and ensure cost-effective resource allocation
  • Manage marketing technology stack and tool subscriptions
  • Optimize resource planning and capacity management across the marketing team

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in project management software (Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or similar)
  • Strong knowledge of marketing channels and campaign execution
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace

  • Project Orchestration: Proven ability to manage complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns from concept to completion with multiple stakeholders
  • Multi-Platform Asset Management: Knowledge of social, digital, print, and video asset production processes and timelines to effectively anticipate project milestones and manage cross-platform deliverable schedules.
  • Marketing Technology Proficiency: Experience with project management platforms, marketing automation tools, and campaign tracking systems
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Ability to effectively coordinate with Creative, Digital, Brand, and Sales teams to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Process Optimization: Experience developing standardized workflows and implementing operational efficiencies for marketing teams
  • Agile Project Management: Track record of adapting project scope and timelines in fast-paced marketing environments
  • Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage expectations and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors
  • Resource Coordination: Comfortable managing multiple project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation in dynamic marketing environments
