Overview Marketing Project Manager Location: Miami, Florida Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Compensation: $23/hr (increases to $25/hr after probation period) About the Role We’re seeking a creative and organized Marketing Project Manager to join our team in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will have a background in graphic design , experience managing websites , and a strong understanding of social media marketing . This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone who’s comfortable in an industrial setting and enjoys collaborating with the sales and production teams to bring products to life through digital content. Candidate must be bilingual (English & Spanish). Key Responsibilities Graphic Design: Create visual assets for digital and print campaigns Website Management: Update product listings, fix content errors, and ensure the website remains current and functional Video Production: Record and edit product videos in the warehouse to highlight new products Email Marketing: Create and distribute targeted email blasts to customers and prospects Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company’s presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn Team Collaboration: Work directly with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) 3–5 years of experience in social media marketing Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite or similar) Experience with website content management systems Proficient in video recording and editing tools Comfortable working in a warehouse/industrial environment Strong communication skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects efficiently Perks & Benefits $23/hr to start Increase to $25/hr after successful probation period Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule Supportive and fast-paced work environment If you're a bilingual, creative marketing professional with the skills to lead projects and produce engaging content, we’d love to hear from you.
