A Day in the Life of the Project Manager – Creative

In this role, you’ll take ownership of creative projects from concept to execution, acting as the glue between marketing, product development, and brand teams. You’ll be the champion of organization, accountability, and collaboration—keeping projects on track, aligning them with business goals, and ensuring every stakeholder feels heard and valued.

Responsibilities

  • Lead creative and marketing projects from planning to execution
  • Maintain project timelines, budgets, and scopes with precision
  • Partner with internal teams to connect daily tasks to strategic goals
  • Inspire cross-functional collaboration and foster team momentum
  • Use project management tools (like Asana) to track deliverables and keep everyone aligned
  • Champion strong communication and a positive team culture

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 1–5 years of project management or cross-functional coordination experience (creative/marketing/product preferred)
  • Background in a creative agency or marketing-driven environment is a plus
  • Strong working knowledge of project management tools like Asana
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and seasonal timelines in a dynamic environment
  • Strength in problem-solving, adaptability, collaboration, and detail orientation
